Joshua Esguerra

Joshua Esguerra, 19 y/o Libero for the AU Chiefs

When did you start playing volleyball?
I started playing volleyball when I was in highschool, 3rd year highschool actually. Nagtry out ako samin tapos nakuha ako don tapos yun, nagtuloy tuloy na until makapunta ako dito sa Manila tapos nag try out din ako sa Arellano University.

What inspired you to play volleyball?
Minahal ko yung paglalaro ko and then na-inspire ako dun.

What is the most difficult part of being a libero?

What is your favorite thing about being a libero?
Kapag dumidipensa ako, kapag mahaba yung rally.

Who is your volleyball idol?

What is your best advice for new volleyball players?

What is the most challenging part of being a student athlete?
Time management.

What is your favorite class?
Wala? Hahaha.

Where is your favorite place to relax?
Bed.

What is your favorite food?
Carbonara.
